Andrew graduated with an MSc Health Economics from the University of York, after which he led a policy review at the Nova School of Business and Economics, Lisbon, regarding European Commission incentives for the development of medicines for rare diseases.
Andrew has worked for over 12 years in the field of health economics, pricing and global market access for new medicines and medical devices, and has worked with a broad range of organisations, including top 10 global pharmaceutical companies.
In 2018 Andrew co-founded Lightning Health, a strategic market access consultancy based in London and New York, utilising a novel software platform for on-demand stakeholder insights across global healthcare systems to support clinical development programmes and patient access to new medicines.
Andrew is also currently a visiting lecturer at City University of London.
